He’s accompanied by Bridgette Pollaski, a U-M senior who works for the Maize and Blue Cupboard, which provides resources for U-M community members experiencing food insecurity.

They share advice on sustainable ingredients, reducing food waste, and saving money while showing you several quick, healthy meals.
