Intuitive Eating (MHealthy | video) – The holidays can be a joyful time but many people have added stress around the increase in food choices available during this time of year. Learn how Intuitive Eating principles may help reduce stress around eating during the holidays. (slides also available).

Mindful Alcohol Use and Sustainable Hosting Tips Around the Holidays (MHealthy | video) – MHealthy’s Alcohol Management Program’s Tips about how to drink less alcohol or none at all during this upcoming season of celebration. We will also share tips on how to do this while focusing on being a “green host” that focuses on sustainability.
