Originally certified as platinum in 2013, the U-M Golf Course has been re-certified at the platinum level. The group implemented composting and partnered with M Dining as the exclusive food service provider; taking advantage of superior sustainability efforts. The golf cart storage room is now on LEDs and motion sensors by “banks” throughout. Planet Blue presents at the annual on-boarding event with all seasonal staff members. Over 60% of the staff are certified Planet Blue Ambassadors.
