The Hill Dining staff serve up great food and also care about sustainability. Over 90% of the staff are Planet Blue Ambassadors. They have established a paper reduction goal and have started conducting paperless meetings. The group recently upgraded from gold to platinum and became the third (and largest) dining hall to receive platinum distinction.
